3. Platform Usage & Limitations

Geno facilitates tutor-student interactions but is not liable for individual interactions or learning outcomes.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Geno is not responsible for direct or indirect damages from platform usage.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must go through mediation before legal action. Binding arbitration applies for disputes over $300 AUD.

7. Termination of Accounts

Geno reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating policies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• The tutor fails to deliver the agreed-upon session.
• Technical issues prevent a scheduled session.
• Cancellation occurs within the allowed period.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• The session was completed as scheduled.
• Student dissatisfaction with tutor's teaching style.
• Cancellation outside the allowed refund window.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before for a full refund.
• Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
• Tutors failing to attend may face penalties.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
